Manager, Direct tax (Indian tax)

Key Responsibilities: - Manage direct tax litigation and compliances for GDS India entities - Draft appeals/responses for corporate income tax and transfer pricing matters - File income tax returns and related certificates - Handle withholding tax for Non-resident vendors - Prepare details/schedules for Income tax submissions - Work on Advance tax workings and reconcile Tax accounts - Be familiar with direct tax aspects related to SEZ units Qualifications Required: - Post qualification experience of 8-12 years in core Direct tax - Strong knowledge of Indian Income tax, international tax, and accounting - Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI - Work experience in Service industry/ Big 4 is an advantage Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and global delivery network operating across five countries including India.
