Job Description

As a Manager - Digital Marketing and Fundraising at WWF-India, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital fundraising strategies and managing online campaigns to support the organization's conservation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the DFR website and all online campaign pages - Craft a digital fundraising strategy integrated with other retail initiatives and marketing campaigns - Execute the digital FR strategy efficiently to achieve fundraising objectives - Create and manage all eCollateral initiatives for DFR, including content creation, design, and dissemination plan for eMailers and ads - Align social media activities with digital fundraising efforts and monitor benchmarks to assess success - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop digital assets, products, and campaigns for digital fundraising - Manage and implement fundraising campaigns in a timely manner to achieve pre-defined KPIs such as donor engagement, new donor acquisition, and donor retention - Manage WWF-India's social media channels, focusing on acquisition, retention, and engagement by developing content plans and creatives - Curate communication, initiatives, campaigns, and calendars for digital marketing and social media in collaboration with internal departments - Plan and buy digital media, develop relevant creative assets, and analyze performance through detailed analytical reports - Regularly report on KPIs, performance, and key learnings to track progress and make data-driven decisions Qualifications Required: - MBA (Marketing/Sales) or post-graduate degree - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Content Management, monetizing digital content, ecommerce, and Fundraising - Proven track record in meeting revenue targets Desired Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency in online media planning, online advertising tools, social media platforms, emailer platforms, target audience profiling, and content management - Knowledge of A/B testing, analytical tools, and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights - Experience in team/agency management, exceptional writing & editing skills for digital media, and creating & implementing journeys for relevant audiences - Ability to collaborate with teams and multiple stakeholders, handle multiple projects efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail,
