Description
As a Manager-DevOps at our company, you will be responsible for leading and growing our DevOps function. With your 12-15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, and team leadership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational oversight, development & automation, strategic planning, and collaboration & communication within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operational Oversight** - Oversee the management of Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP for high availability and optimal performance - Monitor and maintain key subsystems like Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, microservices, Argo Workflows, and Flowable - Lead incident management and response efforts to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime - **Development & Automation** - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software deployment - Manage infrastructure as code using Kustomize, Helm Charts, and other IaC tools for scalable and reproducible environments - Develop automation scripts to optimize routine DevOps operations and improve efficiency - **Strategic Planning** - Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy aligned with business objectives - Monitor cloud utilization and implement cost optimization measures without impacting performance - Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to ensure technological advancement - **Collaboration & Communication** - Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams for alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities - Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities **Qualifications & Skills:** - 12-15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role - Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Strong hands-on knowledge of Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, CI/CD, Argo Workflows, and Flowable - Experience with IaC tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or equivalent - Solid scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar) - Strong problem-solving and incident management skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities **What You'll Get:** - Competitive salary - Fun-filled work culture - Equal employment opportunities - Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur As a Manager-DevOps at our company, you will be responsible for leading and growing our DevOps function.
