Job Description

Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. Chem/Mech. / M.Tech Chem/Mech. Experience: 10-15 Years Role: Plan and execute project design and drawing. Guide team for ensuring working on plan and completion. Complete design knowledge and codes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other range of products of HRS. Manage internal and external customer response times for time completion of mechanical data sheets, fabrication drawings to specific codes like ASME, TEMA, etc. Initiate and monitor process improvement activities like drawing and design standardization, use of updated design software like PV Elite, AutoCAD, Solidworks etc, for enhancing quality of projects. Coordinate with manufacturing department for quality & timely delivery of end product. Plan for project execution and commissioning according to commitments to customer. Customer visits for project discussions and approval. Job Profile: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. Mechanical or Chemical Engineer. 10-15 yrs of relevant industry experience (shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels) Knowledge of design codes like ASME, TEMA, PED are essential. Knowledge of ERP and design software like AutoCAD (2D, 3D), SolidWorks, PV Elite, HTRI, ChemCAD, etc.
