Role Overview: As an AI Engineer specializing in Speech-to-Text and Text Generation, your role will involve solving a Conversational AI challenge for our client based in EMEA. The project aims to transcribe conversations and utilize generative AI-powered text analytics to enhance engagement strategies and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and fine-tune automatic speech recognition (ASR) models. - Implement language model fine-tuning for industry-specific language. - Develop speaker diarization techniques for multi-speaker conversations. - Build summarization models to extract key insights. - Implement Named Entity Recognition (NER) for identifying key topics. - Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversation analytics and context-aware recommendations. - Design custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enriched call summaries. - Develop sentiment and intent classification models. - Create predictive models for suggesting next-best actions based on call content. - Deploy AI models using AWS, GCP, Azure AI for scalability and real-time processing. - Optimize inference pipelines for cost-effective model serving. Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences NLP use cases. - Background in knowledge graphs, prompt engineering, and multimodal AI. - Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) for improving conversation models.
