Manager - Data Mining

As a Manager - Data Mining at the KPO/Analytics company, your role involves providing a clear strategy for the Data Mining Lab. You will need to understand business and customer needs, industry trends, and simplify strategies into specific actions. Your responsibilities will include driving program/project execution, transitioning solutions to the business, and contributing technically to program/projects. You are expected to develop Minimally Viable Products (MVP) to demonstrate continuous progress and relevance to the business. Communication of the value proposition and influencing at senior levels are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you should demonstrate impact and leadership capability to secure funding for the Lab. Recruitment of top talent, mentoring and coaching team members, and leading interdisciplinary teams towards high-value outputs are also part of your responsibilities. Building networks with external partners and representing the company at well-known forums are essential for this role.
