Manager, Data & Analytics - Business Intelligence

We are looking for a Manager, Data & Analytics - Business Intelligence at RSM who will be responsible for leading high-impact BI and analytics projects, managing multi-skilled teams, and driving innovation in client solutions. This role requires a combination of strong leadership and consulting skills along with deep expertise in Microsoft Data Stack, Snowflake, BI platforms, and AI-enhanced analytics. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and delivery of enterprise BI and analytics solutions to ensure clients maximize the value of their data through actionable insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows. Additionally, you will be involved in business development, presales activities, and practice growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI and analytics solutions using Microsoft Data Stack, Snowflake, and other modern analytics platforms. - Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client objectives. - Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for BI solution design, data governance, and security. - Create interactive dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau. - Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, define BI roadmaps, and align solutions to business goals. - Contribute to presales activities, solution proposals, pricing strategies, and technical demos. - Manage, mentor, and develop BI developers, analysts, and automation specialists to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team. - Promote Agile/Scrum practices for delivery efficiency and team alignment. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - 10+ years of experience in BI, analytics, and data visualization, with 3+ years in a managerial role. - Strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Data Stack, and Snowflake. - Proficiency with SQL and hands-on experience in delivering batch and streaming analytics. - Strong consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant Microsoft and Snowflake certifications. - Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Alteryx, CI/CD, DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, AI-driven analytics, and predictive modeling. Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Engineering, or equivalent field. - Master's degree in CS or MBA is preferred. - Advanced Data and Cloud Certifications are a plus.
