Job Description

Skills & Qualifications Required for CRPSCADA Role
Educational Background & Experience

B.Tech with 8–10 years of overall industry experience, including 4–5 years of proven experience in selling CRP and SCADA solutions.

Communication Skills

Clear, confident, and customer-facing communication with the ability to articulate technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Technical Aptitude

Strong inclination towards IT, automation, and digital solutions connected with CRP/SCADA ecosystems.

Cross-Functional Enablement

Willingness and ability to train, guide, and support cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design, Testing, and Commissioning.

Relay & Protection Knowledge

Solid understanding of numerical relays, protection schemes, their applications, and hands-on exposure to relay programming, testing, and commissioning processes.

Role & Responsibilities – CRP–SCADA
Standard Offer Creation (Greenfield & Brownfield)

Develop a comprehensive, standardised offer for greenfield (STLs) and brownfield (PWS) applications in close collaboration with relay OEMs and SCADA partners.
Clearly define Features–Advantages–Benefits (FABE) to support differentiated positioning.

Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement

Thoroughly understand the solution architecture to demonstrate, justify, and convincingly present the offer to customers for successful closure.

Internal Capability Building

Train and develop in-house Design, Testing, and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution of awarded CRP–SCADA projects.

Integration with SAP Costing Module

Incorporate the standard offer into the SAP costing module, working closely with the SAP engineering team to ensure accurate pricing, component mapping, and configurability.
