As an experienced Manager Creative Content at DigiVersal, your role will involve creating, maintaining, and enhancing content to align with business objectives. You should be able to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively lead a team of content developers to drive customer engagement. Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of Full-Time and Freelance content strategists and writers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content - Ensure that the content meets client requirements, is optimized for search engines, and maintains a consistent style and tone - Adhere to instructions and specifications provided in the requirements diligently - Provide continuous training and development to both Full-Time and Freelance content writers through constructive feedback - Motivate team members to focus on self-improvement and establish long-term relationships with DigiVersal - Develop content strategies for projects that align with long-term and short-term marketing goals - Integrate content activities with traditional marketing campaigns - Establish standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and repurposing - Create strategies for SMS/MMS outreach, advertising, and app development as needed - Collaborate on creative and branding initiatives to maintain a consistent message across all channels Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communications field - MBA with Marketing Specialization is a plus - 3-4 years of experience as a content strategist/content development manager Required Skills: - Proficiency in planning, developing, and implementing processes for content development, training, and output generation - Familiarity with basic HTML and WordPress - Experience in writing SEO-friendly website content - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills - Professional demeanor with personal accountability and a strong work ethic - Positive and proactive attitude Note: Department - Digital Marketing, Project Location(s) - Noida/NCR, Education - Graduation/Masters, Experience - 5-8 Years,
