Manager Contract Administration

As a Contract Management/Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of projects including managing variations and extra work claims, preparing submissions, claims computation, and obtaining approvals. You will also be involved in correspondence with clients/consultants to mitigate liabilities and recoveries. Additionally, you will handle contractual issues with clients, participate in meetings to resolve conflicts, manage legacy projects, debt collection, dispute/claims resolution, and ensure project closure. You will provide assistance to legal teams in initiating dispute recourse, offering inputs for arbitration matters, and managing other legal issues related to projects. Your role will also involve drafting, negotiating, and finalizing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for Consortium/Joint Venture agreements and Nominated Subcontractor partnerships during bid stages or post-award phases. To excel in this position, you should have familiarity with the Indian Contracts Act, Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, FIDIC, and possess skills in MS Office and knowledge of MSP for analyzing construction schedules. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/B.Tech degree along with certifications such as PMP/NICMAR/LLB, with experience in the Oil & Gas industry.,
