Manager - Content Creator

As the EV Content Creator Manager at Flying Flea, you will be the primary content creator for the brand, responsible for developing and implementing a compelling social media strategy that aligns with the company's ethos and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc. - Produce high-impact content including photos, videos, stories, reels, and live streams to showcase the brand's products and lifestyle experience. - Curate user-generated content, collaborate with brand ambassadors, and partner with influencers to expand reach and engagement within the motorcycle community. - Develop and manage a detailed social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting while monitoring trends and audience insights to optimize content performance. - Engage with the brand's online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams for consistent brand messaging. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in a communication/content creator role, preferably within the luxury fashion or lifestyle industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, exceptional visual storytelling and content creation skills. - Excellent writing and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Bachelor's degree in Mass communications, advertising, photography, or related fields. - Understanding of social media analytics and experience with scheduling tools.
