Manager - Commercial Design and Advisory

As a Manager in the Commercial Design & Advisory group at Novartis, your role involves driving field/commercial strategy projects with internal customers, facilitating data-enabled decision-making, supporting various business-related tasks, and assisting in building business partnerships and managing project delivery. You will co-lead and support the delivery of Incentive projects for field teams, act as a subject matter expert in the Incentive functional area, support IC projects, lead ad hoc incentive analytics, and track and improve SLAs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Co-lead and support delivery of Incentive projects for field teams - Act as a subject matter expert in the Incentive functional area - Support delivery of IC projects including plan design, health check, governance, and operations support - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and internal teams - Lead ad hoc incentive analytics using technical skills and dataset knowledge - Support Incentive team in tracking and improving SLAs - Support consulting team in initiatives focused on team culture, values, and innovation **Essential Requirements:** - Graduate degree in an analytical field, Life Sciences, or Science & Technology - 5+ years of experience in SFE/business consulting or pharmaceutical companies - 3+ years of experience in field Incentive projects/teams in a healthcare firm - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data consolidation, preparation, and analytics tools - Proactive with a business results-focus **Desirable Requirement:** - MBA/Postgraduate in Marketing, Consulting, or Analytics - Experience with advanced data analytics such as VBA coding and statistical models Novartis aims to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people's lives, striving to become the most valued and trusted medicines company globally.
