Manager - Closure Design (Doors/Bonnet/Tailgate -BIW)

As a Manager Vehicle Rolling Chassis at the Listed Automotive Company in Pune, your role will involve the design and development of Closure Parts like Side Doors, Bonnet, Tailgate, Hinges, Latch, etc. You will be responsible for concept preparation with Master section, Parts modelling & detailing, and coordinating with other design teams related to the mounting scheme of aggregate parts. Additionally, you will apply GD&T principles and applications in your work. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Closure Parts such as Mechanisms, Hinges, Handles, locks, etc. and ensure their proper functioning - Demonstrate excellent designing & Master section skills - Utilize CAD modelling software like Catia/ Pro-E/ UG. Unigraphics experience is preferred - Familiarity with Teamcenter Engineering or PLM system - Understanding of GD&T principles - Exposure to Plastic Product Design - Experience in DVP & DFMEA of BIW/Closure parts - Good knowledge of basic BIW will be an added advantage Qualifications Required: - B.E/ B Tech-Mechanical - Experience in Design role - BIW/Sheet (in years) - Aggregate % in Btech - Passing Year of 12th and Bachelors - DOB - Reason for job change - Relatives working in Bajaj (YES/NO) - Prior interview given in Bajaj (YES/NO) - Gap year in experience (YES/NO) Please send your CV with the following details if this role aligns with your expertise: 1.
