Manager Civil Design Co-ordination

Role Overview: You will be responsible for design review, coordination, and optimization in Real Estate Projects. Your key responsibilities will include finalizing drawings, ensuring compliance, coordinating with various teams, tracking design deliverables, and cost planning. Additionally, you will need to maintain coordination with internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design Review and Co-ordination - Design Optimization and Design Co-ordination - Finalisation of drawings and details in co-ordination with consultants - Review of Drawings for various compliances - Co-ordination with Sales, CRM, Liaison, Procurement & Contracts teams - Tracking and monitoring of Design deliverables - Coordination with site team - Cost planning and Consultant bill processing Qualification Required: - Should have executed minimum 20+ Storey High-rise Residential projects - Minimum 2 projects from start to finish - Quantity surveying/estimation experience - Execution supervision for 2 to 3 years is desirable - Civil Design Engineering & Architectural design understanding - Estimation and Building By-laws understanding - Building design codes understanding Please note that the preferred education qualifications for this role are B.E in Civil Engineering or B.E in Architecture.,
