Role Purpose

Responsible for leading in-house and vendor resources managing Card plastic procurement, Inventory Management, Coordinating with NAU Team, Embossing Team and vendors for control over any risks of possible shortage of plastics of any variants. Keeping track of New, replace and renew cards consumption regularly. The role also involves managing card and embossing vendor partners, delivery of consignment tracking and creating demand supply analytics on inventory management to enhance process efficiencies and meeting with any possible shortage in future.

Role Accountability

  1. Manage end to end physical card plastic inventory and timely delivery including priority delivery
  2. Track delivery at all stages of Card life cycle and conduct analysis of delivery metrics (Procurement TAT, Consumption rate, Ageing TAT etc.) to improve process efficiencies and mitigate emergency situation of shortage
  3. Review and monitor the daily QC check list and ensure compliance basis the defined parameters
  4. Ensure adherence to SOP and BCP by all vendors and timely submission of BCP completion reports
  5. Coordination with different stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, NAU and others for determining quantity, quality, art work and other critical areas.
  6. Prioritizing and initiating timely PO process with rationalization of segment wise procurement requirement
  7. Ensure timely setup of new pin codes (locations) on the sub system post rigorous testing
  8. Analyze vendor efficiencies in delivering to various pin codes to fine tune allocation in the system and minimize delivery TATs
  9. Ensure successful implementation of digitization efforts - increased usage of digital tools and adoption of RPA process
  10. Oversee adherence to data security measures at all vendor operations scope at their facilities
  11. Ensure adherence to budget as agreed in MOU and drive efficiencies to reduce cost
  12. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely reporting of all metrics and SLA adherence & recovery
  13. Support internal and external processes and workflows, suggest improvements based on data analysis review SVCL and audit scores
  14. Ensure all the data required data points are furnished in a timely manner internal/external auditors
  15. Implement process changes along with documentation with all prerequisite approvals
  16. Scan the market for industry best practices and conduct trend analysis of internal performance metrics to come up with innovative solutions to enhance process efficiencies
  17. Ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines

  1. Cost reduction as per MOU
  2. 100% recon basis the agreed SOP with all relevant SPOCs
  3. Control over complaints
  4. There should not be adverse observations in internal/external audits
  5. No. of process enhancement initiatives recommended
  6. Timely and accurate vendor billing
  7. Positive voice of stakeholders and voice of customers
  8. Adherence to operational SLAs and penalty recovery
  9. Vendor productivity levels within agreed thresholds
  10. No stockout scenarios impacting BAU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Vendor Management experience
  2. Basic understanding of Vision Plus and Cardone systems
  3. Knowledge of logistics industry landscape
