Manager Business Control

The Credit Cards Business Controls Manager role at our organization in Gurgaon is focused on ensuring governance, transparency, and fairness in credit card business operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (especially RBI), and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Utilizing data analytics is crucial to proactively identify potential risks and compliance gaps. As a part of the Business Controls Department, your role will be pivotal in maintaining operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include identifying leading indicators of risk through data analysis, conducting independent checks for compliance, coordinating regulatory reporting, ensuring control implementation, and managing audit observations. You will act as a liaison for compliance-related data collation and inspection requirements among various stakeholders internally. Monitoring compliance indicators, escalating breaches, and supporting the creation of dashboards and internal MIS will be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in credit card business operations, with a strong understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance standards. Additionally, experience in audit management, regulatory compliance, or risk & control frameworks is preferred. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent coordination and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive risk management mindset. Independence in managing regulatory interactions and audits is also essential.
