About the role:

Manager - Business Analytics (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct deep-dive variance and performance analysis across key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency gains.

2. Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using advanced tools to provide real-time visibility into financial health.
• Define and track critical financial and operational metrics relevant to the business (e.g., LTV, CAC, Payback Period, Cohort Analysis, Margins).
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of financial data used for reporting and decision-making.

3. Team Leadership & Management

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Finance Analysts, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of data quality and analytical rigor.
• Standardize and streamline analytical workflows and tools to improve the efficiency and speed of the Finance function.

4. Investor Relations:

• Contribute to preparing clear, compelling, and data-backed reports and presentations for

  investors, the Board of Directors, and executive leadership
