Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, is a global technology leader in payments. We're looking for a Manager, Business Analyst to join our Program Office/Program Operations Team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing sophisticated data and analytics solutions that extract insights from vast datasets, supporting our Technology Division and the broader enterprise. Your challenge will be to create high-performance algorithms, cutting-edge analytical techniques, and intuitive workflows that empower users to drive their businesses through data. The Role As a Manager, Business Analyst, you will: Develop Data & Analytics Solutions: Create high-performance algorithms, advanced analytical techniques, and intuitive workflows to enable users to derive insights from large datasets. Data Engineering Expertise: Leverage your strong background in ETL architecture and data modeling to build robust data solutions. Data Provisioning: Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure clean, accessible data for analysis. Performance Tuning: Apply your proficiency in performance tuning across databases, ETL jobs, and SQL scripts . Enterprise Monitoring: Utilize tools like Splunk, Grafana, Domo, SMSS, and other BI tools for enterprise metrics and monitoring. Problem Solving: Apply a data-driven analytical mindset to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, aiming to prevent and reduce consumer downtime. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and build the skillsets of junior team members, advising on best practices and solutions to blockers. Drive Automation: Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and risk, ensuring continuous data consumption and always-on reporting. All About You Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Data & Analytics: Strong knowledge in data engineering, ETL architecture, and data modeling. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SQL and proficient in enterprise metrics/monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Domo, SMSS, BI tools). Methodology: Experienced with Agile methodologies . Problem-Solver: Proven track record in problem-solving with a data-driven analytical mindset. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
