Manager, Brand Marketing

As a Manager of Marketing and Communication at Elior India, you will play a critical role in leading our marketing and communication initiatives to create brand awareness and drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, client engagement, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, public relations, and event planning. Your collaboration with the sales and operations teams will be crucial in ensuring consistent branding across all channels and maximizing the impact of our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will need to stay updated on market trends, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategies for better results. You will also be involved in market research and competition mapping, guiding the sales team in gathering competitor information and enhancing our market understanding. Managing press releases, collaborating with PR agencies, and internal branding for both existing and potential clients will be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a Graduate/MBA degree with at least 6 years of experience in developing marketing strategies and communication, preferably in industries such as Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality, and FMCG. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, have a strong background in marketing, and be adept at building and nurturing interpersonal relationships.
