Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enable unified customer data and advanced analytics.
• Configure and optimize SFMC journeys, audience segmentation, and suppression rules, ensuring compliance with pharma commercial models and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement data-driven segmentation strategies for HCP/HCO engagement.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL for integrating external and internal data sources with Salesforce platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met across all pharma-related datasets.
• Partner with analytics and commercial operations teams to enable personalized multichannel campaigns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and deliver scalable solutions.
  

Education

Work Experience

• 7-12 of overall experience
• Strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in pharma data segmentation, suppression logic, and compliance-driven data management.
• Proficiency in Azure (ADF, Synapse, or related services) and Databricks for data engineering workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
