Role & responsibilities

• Validation and Projects:

• Conduct validation activities for equipment and processes.
• Manage and execute engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

• Operations:

• Monitor and maintain the operational efficiency of all systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous productivity.
• Implement and optimize maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability.

• Water Treatment and Utility:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems.

• HVAC and AHU:

• Maintain and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and AHU (Air Handling Unit) systems.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering, specifically in validation, projects, operations, water treatment, utility, HVAC, and AHU systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance practices, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed
