Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Manager to assist our customers in securing housing finance for purchasing our villas. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a DSA or in home loan sales, with strong connections across banks and NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying suitable home loan options.
• Coordinate with partner banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
• Maintain relationships with bank loan officers and credit teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all home loan cases.
• Support the sales team in converting bookings by providing quick loan solutions.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in home loan facilitation.
• Prior DSA experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
