Manager - Asset management (Warehousing Fund)

The position will be based in the Bengaluru office and will involve supporting the pursuit and evaluation of business opportunities, formulating potential exit strategies, and executing asset management strategies and plans for the Warehousing portfolio. You will work closely with onshore asset management teams on portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management plans. This will include developing marketing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value of assets, as well as operational work processes. You will assist in preparing and maintaining financial variance analysis reports, monitoring budgets, and financial modeling at both the asset and portfolio levels to facilitate strategic planning. Additionally, you will support investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation, structuring, financial analysis (including financial modeling), and deal execution. Collaboration with external consultants and internal teams across various functions will be necessary to conduct due diligence for evaluating potential investments. You will also be responsible for managing market intelligence, collecting global market/industry information to ensure the competitiveness of the company's products and services, and performing ad hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, or its equivalent, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment. You should be resourceful, possess an analytical mind, and have proficiency in financial modeling. Strong teamwork, initiative, business and financial acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required for this role.,
