Manager-Application Development-Business Analyst

You should also have proven experience in project management, particularly in managing large-scale transformation projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. Your leadership skills will be crucial, as you must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders at senior levels. In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant fields is required, with an MBA or relevant certifications being a plus.
