Manager- AI Strategy and Transformation

You will be joining EY as an AI Strategy & Transformation Manager, where you will be responsible for leading end-to-end AI transformation programs and driving client engagements across various industries. With 12-14 years of experience in AI strategy development and transformation projects, you will be instrumental in defining target operating models, AI adoption frameworks, and risk mitigation plans for clients. Your key responsibilities will include formulating AI strategies, executing roadmaps, and ensuring benefits realization for clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and lead the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership content. Additionally, you will oversee governance structures for AI transformation programs, mentor consultants, and represent EY in industry forums related to AI and emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in AI strategy, roadmap creation, and AI-led digital transformation. Your qualifications should include a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with an MBA or Master's in Data Science/AI/ML preferred. Certifications in AI from Microsoft, AWS, or Google are highly desirable. Your preferred skills should encompass strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and experience in digital transformation strategy through AI/ML.
