What Youll Do Manage end-to-end stock of office supplies and maintain reorder level as and when required. Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day admin/facilities-related queries and issues Manage ID & Business cards for all India employees, solving all queries related to cards. Manage all types of printing for all office requirements. Manage inventory for all House Keeping, Pantry, stationary, and other office-related requirements Book all types of corporate travel tickets for travelers. Book of Local Taxi for all travelers to their destination of travel. Book Hotels within the approved budget. Accommodation booking for all new joiner and relocation employees Invoice processing of vendors. Timely payment for all Invoices submitted to Finance. Timely payments of all recurring invoices such as Office Lease Line, Internet/Corporate Sims, Stationary, Electricity, Rent & Maintenance Procure all types of office-related materials within the approved budget and follow Procurement Process as per the Policy. Cost comparison for better procurement. Organize and help HR with all events whenever required. Arrange lunch/ Brunch/ Snacks/ Dinners for all Client visits, Senior Management, and HR events. Arrange Corporate deals for Lunch/ Dinner/ Cocktails for team engagements. Organize Annual day party within the approved budget. Handle site petty cash and track and fill expenses on time. Arrange local purchases timely through petty cash. File all office expenses timely on workday within the stipulated time Handle Domestic and International Shipping. Complete all documentation sending devices (Domestic/ International).
