As a Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Your role will involve overseeing taxation, audits, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely filings. Key Responsibilities: - GST Compliance: Filing of GSTR 1/1A, GSTR 3B, and conducting GSTR 2B Reconciliation. - TDS & TCS Filings: Managing and filing TDS & TCS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, and 27EQ). - Taxation & Audits: Overseeing corporate taxation, statutory audits, and compliance with income tax and GST regulations. - E-Way Bills & Invoices: Preparation and generation of e-way bills and e-invoices. - ROC Filings: Knowledge of filing ROC forms for companies. - MIS Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports for management review. - Stock & Financial Statements: Preparation of monthly stock statements, book debts, and financial statements in compliance with regulatory frameworks. - CMA Data & Banking: Preparation of CMA data for banks for fundraising and cash credit renewals. - Month-End Closure: Ensuring smooth month-end closure of accounts with high-level reporting to management. - Internal Controls: Supervising financial reporting and tax filings to ensure compliance with internal controls. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills. - Minimum 3 years of experience. - Proficiency in financial reporting and tax compliance. - Excellent knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and ROC regulations. - Experience with assessments under various sections of Income Tax and GST Acts. - Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,
