The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation. This role requires proficiency in Articulate 360, the ability to manage a team of 10+ professionals, and expertise in creating dashboards and conducting course reviews. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ content developers and instructional designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and content strategy. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to meet project deadlines and ensure the delivery of high-quality content solutions. Content Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of engaging and effective learning content using Articulate 360 and other relevant tools. Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards to track content performance, learner engagement, and other key metrics. Course Reviews: Conduct regular course reviews to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance content development and delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other departments, to ensure content meets the needs of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. 8-9 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other e-learning authoring tools. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Experience in resource allocation and project management. Ability to create and interpret dashboards and analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
