Responsible for preparing feasibility reports, financial models, and cash flow statements for real estate projects; developing and presenting Information Memorandums to investors; conducting sensitivity analyses on key business drivers; and supporting strategy development by monitoring industry trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Preparing and checking feasibility reports for new projects & preparing cash flow statements.
Preparing and presenting Information Memorandums to potential investors.Building a feasibility report for a project to evaluate total pricing, sales velocity, and cash flows.Conducting a sensitivity analysis on key drivers like construction costs, sales prices, and absorption rates.The position also contributes to developing business strategies, monitoring industry trends, and providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
0-3 years of experience preferably in Real Estate/Infrastructure.
Candidate who are passed out from *Top Ranked Colleges* and obtained both engineering and MBA degree Candidate must have Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
