Management Trainee - Travel Operations

Start your career in Travel & Tourism by getting a hands-on experience in operations with Rustik Travel. Learn all that goes behind the scenes to design a well-planned itinerary and execute it into a successful experiential travel experience.

Location:

1. Put together and regularly update database of hotels, guides, partners, transporters for important tourist centres.

2. Draw an Itinerary for the client.

3. Arriving atthe cost of travel for the client after speaking/negotiating with the partners. Confirmation with them once the itinerary is done.

4. Keep in touch with the client during the journey. Trip execution and management.

5. Conceptualise and design new itineraries. Itinerary design.

6. Put an itinerary for group activities like: i) Treks, ii) Walking Tours, iii) Any other ones which we would bring up time to time. Send communications to the group and follow up.

7. Create and execute marketing campaigns for the trips and travel experiences.

8. The role will be reporting to Director, Rustik Travel Ventures.

Requirements:

1. Graduate or Postgraduate with Degree/Diploma in Tourism/Travel Management from an approved University including deemed university, IITTM, Institutions approved by AICTE or Basic certificate holder of IITFC.

Someone who likes to travel and is looking to build a career in the industry, and growing with Rustik Travel.

2. 0-1 years work experience. Freshers are welcome.

3. Familiarity and hands-on knowledge of social media marketing platforms, tools and trends such as AI.

4. Design and copywriting skills.

- Familiarity with various design tools such as Canva, and/or video/audio editing softwares preferable.

- Writing copy for campaigns, social media posts.q

5. Familiarity of email and database marketing concepts and tools.

6. Analytical skills to report and analyse marketing campaigns and related data.

7. Is flexible and has the attitude to go beyond the brief and learn new skills.

Good oral and written communications skills.

8. Hardworking and sincere.
