Collection Manager Management Trainees

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers for repayment of unsecured personal loans.
• Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels to remind them of pending payments.
• Understand customer payment issues and coordinate with them to facilitate timely repayment.
• Support collection teams in achieving monthly recovery targets and reducing delinquency.
• Track overdue accounts, payment commitments, and collection performance.
• Analyze collection reports and identify accounts requiring priority follow-up.
• Coordinate with field collection executives, team leaders, and internal departments for effective recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and fair practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM graduates from the

  2025 or 2026 batch

• Freshers with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and work effectively in a team.
