About the Role

We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and reliable individual to join our creative studio as aManagement Trainee. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants long-term exposure to how creative projects, studios, and businesses are run.

The role is dynamic and responsibility-based. Tasks will change depending on ongoing projects and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Email handling and professional communication
• Coordination with vendors, team members, and collaborators
• Research and execution support for creative projects
• Assisting in workshops and studio activities
• Creating and posting basic social media content documenting studio processes
• Day-to-day assistance and task execution as required

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Own laptop (mandatory)
• Basic comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Comfortable with varied, non-fixed responsibilities
• Office-based availability (no work-from-home)
