Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Design, update, and automate dashboards for business performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with OEMs (Dell, HPE, Cisco, Tejas, Ruckus, etc.) for rebate management, claim tracking, and other operational requirements.
  • Create and maintain business presentations for management reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights for reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and operational support to management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    with hands-on knowledge of:
  • VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas

  • Basic Macros & VBA (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
