Management Position – Yogved Hospitality & Resort

Yogved Hospitality & Resort is seeking an experienced and committed Management Professional to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed a 3-star property and is confident in handling hospitality operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Room booking & guest coordination
• Managing overall property operations
• Overseeing Restaurant, Rooms, Yoga Hall & Ayurveda Hall
• Ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
• Maintaining service quality, cleanliness & guest satisfaction
• Staff supervision & operations planning

Candidate Requirements

• 4–5 years of hospitality management experience
• Prior experience managing a 3-star hotel/resort
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff and operational standards

Salary

• ₹20,000 per month (with Food & Accommodation)
• ₹25,000 per month (without Accommodation)
