Managed Services CMS Specialist - M365 Consultant - Operate

You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems to support business operations at PwC. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centres to optimize performance and minimize downtime. In the cloud operations team, you will manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services to ensure seamless operations and high availability for clients. Your tasks will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support the Dev to Production cloud PaaS and platform to ensure quality, performance, and availability of hosted services - Provide guidance and support for cloud technology practitioners, particularly the Application Development team - Offer Implementation and Run & Maintain services - Work on high-volume mission-critical systems and provide on-call support for Production cloud environments - Collaborate with customers to develop, migrate, and debug services issues - Update server/process documentation and create new documentation as needed - Focus on the rapid identification and resolution of customer issues - Assist in Tier 2 and 3 triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets tied to the product support function - Train and support junior team members in resolving product support tickets - Proactively identify ways to optimize the product support function - Run database queries to resolve issues - Coordinate with developers and application teams to negotiate and schedule patching windows - Manage the monthly Windows or Linux environment patching Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Hands-on experience with Azure Web apps, App Insights, App Service Plan, App Gateway, API Management, Azure Monitor, KQL queries, and troubleshooting skills for all Azure PaaS & IaaS Services - Proven verbal and written communication skills to drive customer communication during critical events - Proficiencies in at least one of the following technology domains: Networking Principles, System Administration, DevOps, Configuration Management, and Continuous Integration Technologies (Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins) - Understanding of ITIL framework Good-to-Have: - Interest in information security and a desire to learn techniques and technologies such as application security, cryptography, threat modeling, and penetration testing,
