Managed Services CMS Specialist - Azure Cloud Admin - Operate

As an Azure Operation Analyst at PwC, your role involves managing and supporting the Dev to Production cloud PaaS and platform to ensure quality, performance, and availability of hosted services. You will provide guidance and support for cloud technology practitioners, work on high volume mission-critical systems, and offer on-call support for Production cloud Environments. Your responsibilities also include working hands-on with customers to develop, migrate, and debug services issues, as well as providing updated server/process documentation and creating new documentation where necessary. You will focus on the rapid identification and resolution of customer issues, provide first/second level cloud environment support, and troubleshoot and resolve cloud-hosted applications or system issues. Additionally, you will assist in Tier 2 and 3 triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets tied to the product support function, as well as train and support junior team members in resolving product support tickets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support the Dev to Production cloud PaaS and platform - Provide guidance and support for cloud technology practitioners - Work on high volume mission-critical systems - Offer on-call support for Production cloud Environments - Develop, migrate, and debug services issues - Provide first/second level cloud environment support - Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-hosted applications or system issues - Assist in Tier 2 and 3 triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets - Train and support junior team members in resolving product support tickets Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Azure Web apps, App Insights, App Service Plan, App Gateway, API Management, Azure Monitor, KQL queries, and troubleshooting skills for all Azure PaaS & IaaS Services - Proven verbal and written communication skills - Proficiencies in at least one of the technology domains Networking Principles, System Administration, DevOps, Configuration Management, and Continuous Integration Technologies (Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins) - Understanding of ITIL framework In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the role, it is beneficial to have an interest in information security and a desire to learn techniques and technologies such as application security, cryptography, threat modeling, and penetration testing.
