Managed File Transfer Support/Admin

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Go Anywhere, File Gateway - 6.1 or Cleo 5.7 Tool or above, with the ability to troubleshoot, build, and perform upgrades. You should be adept in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and management of these tools, as well as have experience handling migration projects. A strong understanding of File Transfer, Encryption / Decryption Protocols, and key management is essential. Your role will involve applying your knowledge of tools to develop solutions that are maintainable, follow enterprise patterns, and address new requirements. Therefore, it is crucial that you possess excellent organizational skills and have strong written and verbal communication abilities. Additionally, the candidate must be open to working on weekends and flexible shifts, including US hours. Candidates with experience in FILE GATEWAY, GO ANYWHERE, or CLEO, along with manual migration experience, are preferred. The position is open to applicants from anywhere in India, with initial training provided for 30-45 days in either Pune or Hyderabad.,
