We are seeking an experienced GoAnywhere Administrator with over 5 years of expertise in managing and optimizing GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient transfer of data across our systems and with our partners. This role requires a deep understanding of MFT processes, security protocols, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of GoAnywhere MFT systems to ensure operational efficiency and security. Workflow Design and Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows for file transfers, leveraging GoAnywhere's features to streamline operations. Security Management: Implement and maintain security policies, including encryption, access controls, and secure transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS). User and Role Management: Create and manage user accounts and roles, ensuring appropriate access levels and permissions. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor file transfer activities, resolve issues, and optimize performance. Provide support for incident and problem management. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all file transfer activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Generate detailed reports for audits and compliance checks. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver effective file transfer solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for internal reference and training purposes. Prior exp of working on tickets, application batch fail & trouble support Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Application Troubleshooting Diagnosing and resolving issues within software applications by analyzing logs, error messages, and user reports. Application builds in Microsoft .NET Platform - Web and Batch job execution and Python. Certain third-party applications which are SAAS / PAAS solution . E.g. Control-M job schedular. Go Anywhere used for SFTP connectivity purpose Incident Management Identifying , addressing, and preventing incidents to maintain stability. System Monitoring Using tools to monitor performance and detect anomalies . Database Management Knowledge of SQL and database management systems to troubleshoot and optimize database-related issues. Must have Microsoft SQL Server. Good to have - Azure SQL server, Oracle db. Scripting and Automation Proficiency in scripting languages to automate tasks .
