We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers. As a Mall Volunteer, you will be responsible for assisting with customer registrations, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth engagement experience at the mall activation zones.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with mall visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist customers with the registration process on the kiosk / QR / WhatsApp platform.
• Guide customers about ongoing offers, rewards, and loyalty benefits.
• Collect and verify basic customer details for registration.
• Maintain proper data entry and ensure accurate reporting.

🎯 Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in customer service, mall promotions, or event handling.
• Confident and proactive in approaching customers.
• Team player with problem-solving attitude.
