Role Overview We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to take charge of our digital storytelling. You will be responsible for building the brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest—creating engaging content, running campaigns, and growing our community of food lovers. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars Create and post engaging reels, carousels, stories, and visuals Run ad campaigns to boost product visibility and sales Respond to DMs and comments to build audience engagement Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy Stay updated with trends in food, culture, and social media Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing Strong content ideation and copywriting skills (Hindi + English preferred) Knowledge of tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads Manager Basic understanding of analytics and post-performance tracking A keen aesthetic sense for Indian food and lifestyle brands Bonus: Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands or FMCG What You’ll Love at Malgudi&Co.
