Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Male Therapist to provide professional mental health support to clients in a confidential and therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evidence-based practices, capable of creating a safe space for male clients or clients seeking a male therapist, and committed to supporting individuals in achieving emotional well-being. --- Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions. Assess client mental health through interviews, observations, and psychometric tests. Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client records. Provide crisis intervention when needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Stay up-to-date with best practices and ethical standards in mental health care. --- Requirements: Proven experience as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist. Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Male therapist (role may be requested due to client preference or therapeutic needs).
