Male Telecaller-Agriculture

You will be responsible for making regular calls to potential and existing customers to create interest in the agri-based products and services offered by the company. Your duties will include following up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and issues, ensuring prompt responses and customer satisfaction. It will be essential to identify customer needs and recommend complementary products and services to boost sales. Furthermore, you will be expected to gather and document customer details, handle leads efficiently, and input relevant information into the CRM system. Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business will be a key aspect of your role. You must accurately record customer information, call summaries, and sales opportunities for future reference. Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is preferred for this position. Additionally, male candidates are preferable. This is a full-time job with day shift hours and will require in-person work at the designated location. Your ability to communicate effectively in English along with Hindi and Punjabi will be an advantage in this role.,
