Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services. The RN works collaboratively with doctors and healthcare staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient health problems and needs. Develop and implement nursing care plans. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Operate medical equipment and monitor patients vital signs. Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM).
