Male Music Teacher

Role Purpose:
To teach music (vocal/instrumental) to students, promote musical talent, and organize school musical activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach vocal and/or instrumental music to students across assigned grades.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and student learning needs.
• Train students for school assemblies, cultural events, annual day, competitions, and special performances.
• Conduct choir practice and prepare school prayer songs, bhajans, patriotic songs, and theme-based presentations.
• Identify musically talented students and create opportunities for their growth.
• Maintain musical instruments and ensure proper care, tuning, and usage.
• Encourage discipline, team spirit, and stage confidence among students.
• Maintain student progress records and provide feedback to parents when required.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate music with academic and cultural themes.
• Participate in school programs, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Music (Vocal/Instrumental).
• Experience teaching music to children in a school setup preferred.
• Proficiency in singing and/or playing musical instruments.
• Ability to train groups for choir and stage performances.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiasm for nurturing cultural and artistic environment in school.

Work Environment:

• Classroom and activity hall-based role.
• Must be available during school events and special rehearsals when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,052.50 - ₹40,407.44 per month
