Job Title: Male Executive Assistant to Doctor

Location: Varanasi
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, reliable, and well-organized Male Executive Assistant to support a senior doctor in Varanasi. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and capable of managing both administrative and coordination responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the doctor’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
• Coordinate with patients, hospital staff, and external contacts
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally
• Maintain patient records, files, and confidential documents
• Assist in OPD coordination and follow-ups
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required
• Prepare reports, prescriptions support, presentations, and basic documentation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and time management for the doctor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Working Hours:

• Full-time (as per doctor’s schedule; flexibility required)
