Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Male Ayurveda Therapist to deliver authentic Ayurvedic therapies while ensuring a high standard of guest care, hygiene, and therapy execution. The role involves coordinating with the Centre Manager, preparing therapy setups, executing treatments, and maintaining therapy rooms as per clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Centre Manager for daily therapy schedules and instructions
• Prepare therapy rooms and required setups before each session
• Execute Ayurvedic therapies professionally and safely
• Interact courteously with guests and ensure a comfortable therapy experience
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and bathrooms
• Manage laundry, linen folding, and proper storage
• Organize and monitor therapy inventory and consumables
• Educate clients on basic Ayurvedic principles and post-therapy self-care
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational protocols strictly

• Abhyanga – full body oil massage
• Swedana – steam / sudation therapy

Massage & Oleation Therapies

• Sarvanga Abhyanga

• Pada Abhyanga
• Snehanam (external oleation)

Steam & Heat Therapies

• Bashpa Sweda – steam bath
• Nadi Sweda – localized steam
• Pinda Sweda – herbal bolus therapy
• Patra Pinda Sweda

Dhara & Head Therapies

• Shirodhara (oil / buttermilk / decoction)
• Shirovasti
• Shiro Pichu

Additional Skills

• Proficiency in acupressure techniques to enhance therapeutic outcomes
• Manicure–Pedicure Therapist skilled in basic & spa manicure and pedicure, cuticle care, nail shaping, callus and heel care, hand–foot massage, paraffin wax, and strict hygiene & sterilization practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Ayurveda Therapy from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years of experience as an Ayurveda Therapist (clinic/spa/wellness center)
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, doshas, and herbal therapies
• Hands-on expertise in Panchakarma and massage therapies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
