Front Desk & Administration Manager (Male)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and front office records.

  • Administration & Office Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations (stationery, housekeeping, facilities upkeep).
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Manage office inventories, service requests, and asset registers.

  • Team Coordination & Client Support:

  • Support HR/admin in employee onboarding & documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain administrative records, reports, and MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration preferred).
  • Experience:

    48 years in front desk, administration, or facility management roles.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi).
  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
