Entry Level: Any Sales/ Support/ Executive BPO voice process
Salary: Starting offer Rs. 17,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- plus PF (get hike on last CTC)
Experiences: Minimum 01 year as a customer sales, renewals and support
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Languages: Malayalam and English
Job Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1. Process Type – Outbound calls to existing customers support to inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note, this is not hard core sales role but rather a relationship- building process.
2. Skills required – A minimum experience in the BPO industry, not necessarily in sales. Experience in relationship management, customer service, sales or renewals of Insurance is acceptable.
3. Fixed Shifts and six working days.
