Makeup Artist & Hair Stylist

As a Hair and Makeup Artist, your role involves consulting with clients to understand their hair and makeup needs, applying makeup and styling hair as per client requirements, and staying updated on the latest beauty trends and products. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for tools and work areas, collaborating with photographers, directors, and other professionals in photo shoots and film sets, offering hair and skin care advice, keeping an inventory of makeup products and hair styling tools, and efficiently managing time to handle multiple clients or projects. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to determine their hair and makeup needs. - Apply makeup and style hair according to client requirements. - Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and products. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for all tools and work areas. - Work with photographers, directors, and other professionals in photo shoots and film sets. - Offer tips and advice for hair and skin care regimens. - Keep an inventory of makeup products and hair styling tools. - Manage time efficiently to handle multiple clients or projects. Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Hair and Makeup Artist. - Certification from a recognized cosmetology or makeup school. - Strong portfolio demonstrating makeup and hairstyling abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
