Job Description We’re hiring a remote Booking Executive to handle online customer interactions and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for our beauty & wellness services in the UAE market. You’ll manage chats/calls, keep the schedule full, and deliver an excellent client experience while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via Our Multichannel Inbox. Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings; follow up on pending quotes. Upsell/cross-sell services, add-ons, and packages (massage, facials, nails, etc.). Manage calendars/therapist availability and minimize idle gaps. Record accurate client details and notes in the CRM/booking system. Process payment links, deposits, and confirmations; share pre-/post-care instructions. Prepare shift handovers and basic reports (conversion rate, cancellations, feedback). Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when needed. Collaborate daily with Dubai operations for routing and schedule changes. Requirements 1–3 years in digital sales / online customer service / contact center (spa/salon/hospitality experience is a plus). Excellent English; + arabic is an advantage. Comfortable with VoIP calling and a CRM/booking tool. Target-driven, organized, and fast with typing and multitasking. Stable internet, reliable laptop/PC, headset, and a quiet workspace. Able to work UAE hours (Gulf Standard Time) on rotating evening/weekend shifts. Based in India, Sri Lanka or Philippines with valid right to work. Work Type: Full-time, Remote.
